Event: Deprescribing in Hospice Teleconference

- Participants will self-report the essentials and evidence-based practices behind deprescribing unnecessary medications in the hospice setting.
- Participants will self-report the mechanism of action and its relatedness to the patients primary and co-morbid disease.
- Participants will self-report and identify when certain medications are no longer necessary in the hospice setting.
he price for this Teleconference is $80.00 for members and $100.00 for non-members.

This is an intermediate level course.
This teleconference will be recorded. If you are not able to attend on the day of the teleconference, please register like you are attending and MHPCA will send you the recording.

Participants from Missouri interested in credit hours should indicate on the sign in sheet from each hospice their desire to receive credit hours. There will be an additional $10.00 per person for contact hours. Please make checks payable to MHPCA (P.O. Box 105318, Jefferson City, MO 65110) with a copy of your sign in sheet to receive credit for participants. All participants wanting CE credits must sign the sign in/sign out sheet, fill out an evaluation and return to MHPCA at the end of the Live Interactive Teleconference via fax (573-635-0659) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The certificate will be generated and sent to the contact on the sign in/out sheet via email with in 5 business days.
